I believe we need more inspiring, engaging and thoughtful leaders in the world. Especially now.
My name is Joanne Gray. I coach individuals and small groups, across many of the areas that have an impact on the life of a senior professional. This could be around taking on a new role or handling the challenges of an existing one.
It helps that I am fascinated by what makes people tick and driven to help them to succeed (in whatever that means for them). Especially if they have a sense of humour.
Consistent themes include:
Much of my work is conducted online (and with the current climate will continue to be so) but
I am also happy to meet in person, if that is preferred. I also offer tailored training modules to support clients in their development in between sessions.
My approach to coaching is backed by neuroscience and influenced by a sense of humour
shaped over 20 years working in law firms. I did my coach training with the NeuroLeadership
Group and also hold the designation of Associate Certified Coach from the International
Coach Federation. I am able to work with clients in English, French or Spanish.
Other qualifications include a BA (Hons) degree in European Studies (with French and Russian) and a postgraduate diploma from the Chartered Institute of Marketing.
If you are interested in coaching, we can craft a package to suit you. Ideally, we'd look at a minimum of 4 sessions (usually organised every 3-4 weeks), so you have the time to make some real progress.
Small group coaching is increasingly popular. Working in groups can be extremely valuable for existing teams handling integration or team-building challenges or for peers across a business who face issues in common.
Some clients like to add coaching for individuals or small groups after a training programme. This helps embed learning from the training and also gives individuals the chance to tailor approaches to their own style.
